RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return / Replacement
At queshopy, We have every confidence that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to return any goods purchased, then please follow the applicable policy detailed below.
We, queshopy offer return / replacement of Products ordered of Faulty and unwanted goods within 7 business days of delivery of the order. However, there are certain products such as Baby Crochet items specified as for which our Sellers do not a offer return/replacement.
We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging complete with all accessories and documentation . You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. We recommend using a postal service that provides proof of delivery and has compensation insurance for lost or damaged goods as returns are NOT our responsibility until they arrive back to us.
Where applicable, replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 10 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.
We endeavor to process your refunds within 7 business days from the date the returned product. However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the NEFT is initiated by queshop. If you have paid for the order using bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7 business days from the date of by queshopy, after the products clear the quality check process.
We understand that in some scenarios, the Product may take more than 7 days to reach our places and Quality Check facilities may take time. In such scenario, we may process the refund amounts intermittently but, incase the Product does not clear the Quality check, we reserve all right to take appropriate steps to recover the amount already credited to your account.
queshopy may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behavior that entitles queshopy to a claim against you. Unfortunately we cannot refund, replace, or exchange certain products if the seal / packaging has been broken or opened

Shipping costs are determined by destination and weight of the shipment and you can find the shipping cost for your order in the invoice before the payment is made.
